Job Overview

A seasoned SAP expert is needed to lead our service delivery team and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic partnerships.

  • Oversee the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
  • Track and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules, such as FICO, HCM, SD, MM, WM, PP, and EWM. Experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP modules, including 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Motivated to learn new technology and adapt to changing circumstances.
