Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This includes overseeing planning, design, construction, and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project coordination and management. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly;
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans;
- Collaborating with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications;
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions;
- Preparing and submitting regular project reports to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior leadership;
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including resolving complex engineering problems and implementing innovative solutions;
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the project team;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity;
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination and management, preferably in civil engineering;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid annual leave.
