POSITION SUMMARY
Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

OBJECTIVE

The individual in this position is tasked with providing effective classroom instruction that facilitates student learning and fosters their development through innovative activities.


PRIMARY DUTIES

Educational Responsibilities
1. Develops an annual curriculum tailored for the designated grade level.
2. Creates lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and submits them for review by academic leaders.
3. Incorporates feedback from academic leaders to enhance lesson plans.
4. Stays informed about the latest educational tools, including technology, and integrates them into teaching methods.
5. Designs engaging and stimulating learning experiences for students, ensuring a supportive classroom environment.
6. Prepares worksheets, handouts, and other instructional materials consistent with lesson plans and assessments.
7. Manages the timely evaluation and grading of student assignments.
8. Monitors, records, and communicates student progress and development.
9. Identifies students needing additional support and ensures they receive appropriate assistance.
10. Participates in extracurricular initiatives and school events, including assemblies and meetings.
11. Prioritizes student safety at all times.

Collaborative Engagement
1. Works alongside fellow educators to exchange innovative ideas, teaching strategies, and professional insights.
2. Engages with parents during meetings to provide updates and feedback regarding student performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background
Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education.

Experience
2-5 years of relevant teaching experience.
