  • We are seeking a skilled Relaxation Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

  • The primary role of this position is to provide relaxation therapy services to clients, including various types of massages and wellness treatments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including notes on treatment provided and any follow-up care required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout each session to ensure their comfort and needs are met.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensure the spa environment remains clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and spa staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Prioritize client confidentiality and adhere to all relevant data protection policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Massage Therapy or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing relaxation therapies, such as massage and aromatherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with spa software and technology.
  • CPR certification and liability insurance.
