Job Summary:
Renovation Project Manager Role
This role involves overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, working closely with various stakeholders and construction teams.
  • Develop project plans, objectives, and work methods for efficient execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Ccoordinate tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
As a Renovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Attending site meetings, client briefings, and taking site measurements.
  • Preparing tender documents and securing necessary permits and licenses.
  • Handling all project-related paperwork, including permit applications.
  • Leading and supervising construction teams on-site.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Diploma in Architects or Building
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in renovation and construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good technical knowledge in handling renovation and construction projects from end to end.
