We are seeking a skilled Fund Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Asset and Structured Finance Team, you will work closely with industry professionals to provide exceptional service to clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage credit execution and ongoing oversight of a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific.
  2. Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions of varying complexity.
  3. Develop recommendations, prepare and present credit submissions, and coordinate with legal counsel on documentation.
  4. Monitor the Fund Finance portfolios using various metrics as per documentation.
  5. Manage existing fund finance facilities, conduct periodic client reviews, and assist with refinancing and extensions.
  6. Support client relationship management by addressing client needs and contributing to cross-selling activities, including preparing client profitability models.
  7. Assist in preparing marketing materials, industry papers, business proposals, and updates.
  8. Promote the firm's ESG brand to position it as a top ESG house in the region related to RASF.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in banking, fund finance, or private equity funds preferred.
  • Strong skills in credit analysis, structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Fund Finance products.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong learning capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in banking, Fund Finance, or private equity is preferred.
  • CFA qualification is a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with experienced industry professionals and working independently across different asset classes. You will report to the Director, Fund Finance, and be responsible for managing a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific.

This role offers exposure to various markets and asset types, with opportunities to excel in structuring. You will analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions of varying complexity, develop recommendations, and prepare and present credit submissions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the Fund Finance portfolios using various metrics as per documentation, managing existing fund finance facilities, conducting periodic client reviews, and assisting with refinancing and extensions.

As a Fund Finance Specialist, you will support client relationship management by addressing client needs and contributing to cross-selling activities, including preparing client profitability models. You will also assist in preparing marketing materials, industry papers, business proposals, and updates.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with prior experience in banking, Fund Finance, or private equity being preferred. A CFA qualification is a plus.
