Workshop Counter Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of workshop counter staff. If you have a passion for bicycles and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About The Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate closely with our mechanics to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Offer expert advice to customers on their bicycle requirements and provide guidance on maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with our spare parts team to source the right parts for customer needs.
  • Report directly to the Workshop Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary - we will provide comprehensive training to the successful candidate.
  • A Class 2B license is an advantage but not required.
  • A genuine passion for bicycles and a positive attitude is essential.
