We are seeking a User Experience Innovation Specialist to join our team at Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, driving design excellence and ensuring high-quality user experiences across our digital products. As a User Experience Innovation Specialist, you will shape innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in design practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovering problems and proposing design solutions to delivering the final design and supporting product launch.
- Conduct workshops and co-creation sessions with business users and stakeholders, delve into business operations, and identify opportunities where technology can enhance service journeys.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights that inform design solutions, and refine and enhance user experience continually.
- Rapidly create and iterate on ideas using user flows and mock-ups, and present design solutions backed by research insights.
- Establish design guidelines to ensure consistent design quality across products, and regularly review and update these standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional product teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working collaboratively in agile cross-functional teams, with excellent organisational, presentation, and listening skills.
- Meticulous attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded, curious, and explorative.
- Knowledge in design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Knowledge and experience in running user research, ideation workshops, and usability tests.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX industry.
- Demonstrated experience working on at least 2 different products creating great user-centric solutions and aesthetic interfaces.
- Expertise with popular design tools and software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, and Excel.
- Good digital illustration skills will be an added advantage.
