Join Our Team as a Camera Process Development Engineer

  • Define camera active alignment equipment specifications and collaborate with vendors to develop cutting-edge equipment for new processes.
  • Establish AA process flow and qualification procedures, including metrologies.
  • Collaborate with optics engineers to run simulations and define active alignment methods for optimal optical performance.
  • Develop process equipment to conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and design of experiments (DOEs).
  • Characterize processes and establish design guidelines for manufacturability.
  • Generate engineering reports based on studies and evaluations, reporting to cross-functional teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process R&D.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with optics alignment processes in six degrees of freedom, with experience in multi-optical component alignment.
  • Knowledge of active alignment processes, optics bonding equipment, image, and optical testing.
  • Design of experiment, engineering statistics, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of adhesive, epoxy, or other bonding materials and their interactions with processes.
  • Familiarity with metrology tools and quantitative measurement methodologies.
  • Clear and effective written and communication skills.
