About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive technical service support for advanced water purification systems, including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, repair, and optimize water purification systems, covering Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Carbon Filtration Systems, and Water Distribution Networks.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify aftermarket sales opportunities, spare parts requirements, service contracts, and system upgrades.
  • Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer feedback and product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water purification systems, rotating equipment, or industrial service engineering.
  • Hands-on knowledge of centrifugal pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and related systems.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and processes.
