We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced account executive to join our team. As an account executive, you will be responsible for handling daily finance operations, including general ledger, general journals, accounts receivables, and accounts payables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling daily finance operations, including general ledger, general journals, accounts receivables, and accounts payables;
- Responsible for monthly closing, and produce timely and accurate monthly reports to management;
- Ensure that payments are made in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST and corporate tax filing;
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry;
- Ability to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Experience in construction and finance systems;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
