Front-of-House Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house crew.

As a key representative of our café, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm atmosphere for our guests.

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
  • Recommend menu items to customers when asked
  • Process customer orders using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served promptly
  • Assist with setting and clearing tables during meal periods
  • Support the shift manager in planning and organizing special events
  • Evaluate customer feedback and escalate concerns to the shift manager
  • Foster a culture of cleanliness by adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as needed
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage or Retail industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with a friendly demeanor
  • Motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 3 days per week commitment
