AI Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in commodity trading, AI, and data science to drive user adoption and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • User Engagement and Support:
    • Coordinate and engage key users, deliver hands-on assistance, and address queries in a timely manner
    • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions and user guides
    • Communicate effectively regarding changes in the product's implementation
  • Adoption, Retention, and Reporting:
    • Drive users' adoption and retention initiatives to ensure they realize the full potential value of the product's features
    • Prepare, analyze, and maintain reporting for key product KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support feature planning, testing, and roll-out activities
    • Promote a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in agribusiness or commodity trading
  • Experience in agricultural commodity trading or similar markets is highly preferred
  • Genuine interest in commodity trading industry and passion for staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and data science
  • Strong background in user on-boarding, user-facing roles, or business analysis
  • Proven experience in driving user adoption, delivering training, and/or providing expert support for complex digital tools/platforms
  • Experience in modeling techniques, machine learning algorithms, and collecting users' feedback
  • Ability to manage users' feedback, summarize insights, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, good business acumen, and commercial awareness
