Senior IT Manager Opportunity

You're a seasoned IT professional with expertise in overseeing and maintaining all IT infrastructure to support daily operations. We're looking for someone who can lead our team, providing technical guidance and performance management while managing ERP systems, developing software applications, and more.

We require a Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields and a minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Programming, Specification, Software Design, and Implementation of Application. You must have prior working experience in any ERP systems, preferably Business One and Microsoft Business Central and MS NAV. Additionally, you should have handled at least one full SDLC implementation project and possess strong analytical skills. Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure to support daily operations.
  2. Manage and support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central), including software/hardware upgrades and deployments locally and overseas.
  3. Develop and maintain software applications; perform data analysis and reporting to improve efficiency.
  4. Lead IT team, providing technical guidance and performance management.
  5. Administer and monitor application databases for optimal performance.
  6. Handle IT procurement, budgeting, and cost efficiency planning.
  7. Manage company website design and maintenance.
  8. Customize ERP systems using Crystal Reports and other tools.
  9. Act as first-line support for ERP systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
  11. Coordinate vendor selection and implementation of new systems.
  12. Conduct IT training for new staff to enhance team capabilities.
  13. Oversee annual pricing updates across company and subsidiaries.
  14. Communicate IT updates and industry trends to users.
  15. Review SOPs, licenses, and maintenance agreements annually.
