Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests according to our menu specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
• Meet and exceed performance standards and expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
