**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks of all building facilities, including central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, compressors, building management systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Attend to facility works and M&E installations, as well as coordinate with contractors on repair works.
  • Provide support to production and assist in machine installations, including power hook-up, compressed air distribution, vacuum, process cooling water, exhaust pipe, and other set-ups on the production floor.
  • Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Facilities / CEE or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Working knowledge in cleanroom environments is preferred.
  • Able to commit to rotating 12-hr day/night shifts.
