## Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at JMC Talent Search Pte. Ltd. As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft and its components, leading a maintenance team, and carrying out maintenance tasks in accordance with OEM procedures and authority regulations.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a maintenance team and oversee the successful completion of maintenance tasks on aircraft
* Ensure compliance with OEM procedures, manual, and authority regulations
* Conduct on-job-training to familiarise with the operating environment at the work site
* Convert to a Cat B CAAS License through a 6-month Conversion Programme
* Deploy as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the company and participate in aircraft type course(s)

## Requirements:

* 3-5 years' experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) with a Cat B licence from CAAM / CAAC / EASA
* B1 or B2 LAEs with authorization in any of the following aircraft types: A330, A350, A380, B737, B747, B777, B787
* Ability to undergo a 6-month Conversion Programme
