Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The role of an administrative assistant in a school setting is multifaceted and demands high levels of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the school.

Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to front desk duties, including handling phone calls, emails, deliveries, and walk-in guests, visitors, and students.
  2. Provide assistance with sick and injured students, informing parents as necessary.
  3. Support with administrative work, encompassing tasks such as lost and found management, document sorting, filing, data entry, and other related duties.
  4. Assist with school events and activities, including P1 Registration, P1 Orientation, temperature-taking exercises, and other similar events.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of all school staff and pupil information.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
