We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mainframe Production Support Technical Specialist to join our team at D L RESOURCES PTE LTD. As a key member of our on-call support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and quality of our production services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mainframe technology, with a minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with CARDLINK. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day issues, performing in-depth analysis of production problems, and ensuring all incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day issues, including daily health checks of applications and processes.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure all incidents, incidents, and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Help identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives/projects that promote efficiency and optimization of daily processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of Mainframe experience.
  • At least 5 years of solid CARDLINK hands-on experience.
  • Cards and payments domain knowledge.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve.
  • Expert knowledge and use of Mainframe tools such as; Endevor, File-Aid, Control-M.
  • Prior application or production support experience is a plus.
