Job Title: Store Standards Manager

Our ideal candidate will take the lead in ensuring our stores meet the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance.

This role involves conducting regular audits, coaching store teams, managing supplies, and implementing measures to maintain compliance with our policies.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of all areas to identify deviations from housekeeping standards.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on assistance to store teams to correct bad practices and maintain compliance.
  • Oversee inventory and supply levels for housekeeping items and evaluate new tools and solutions for greater efficiency and quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; relevant retail or operations experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and address compliance gaps.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coaching and collaboration with store teams.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingsness to travel across multiple store locations.
