Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction management projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.

  • Prepare project analysis reports and annual project planning for the board of directors.
  • Frequent travel between Singapore and China is required.
Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in building materials, construction, interior design, and quantity survey.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to work with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCAD, with a strong sense of responsibility and ambition to expand the China and Asia market.
