Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the field of Sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology development and experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions that meet our clients' needs. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and developing innovative solutions to address these needs.

The role will also involve engaging with startups, research institutions, and industry experts to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sustainability. Additionally, the candidate will represent our organization at conferences, workshops, and industry events, communicating our vision and values to a wider audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization
  • Proven track record of proposing/executing successful R&D grant projects and research collaborations
  • Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
  • Experience in handling both agile projects and industry projects
  • Experience in new ventures and start-ups is a plus
