Role Overview
The Specialist, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be responsible for implementing automation initiatives at NTU. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop low-code solutions to automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, and proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath, Outsystems, Power Query. They will also possess good interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Experience in programming and knowledge of data integration, APIs, and data transformation are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design low-code solutions.
  • Develop, test, and implement low-code solutions using UiPath, Outsystems, and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain and improve existing solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during development, deployment, and maintenance phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to ensure smooth operation of automated processes.
