Lead Thermal System Designer

As a Heat Exchanger Design Lead, you will oversee the thermal and mechanical design teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical reviews and clarification discussions to optimize designs.
  • Evaluate client specifications and guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients during the design phase.
  • Promote continuous improvements in design processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Support proposal and estimation teams with technical inputs.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related field) is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers/pressure vessels, along with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role, is necessary. Familiarity with thermal design software (HTRI, Aspen EDR) and vessel design software (PVELite, Autopipe-Vessel) is also required.
