Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health Standards

The role of the EHS Officer is to guarantee compliance with WSH regulations, develop and implement effective safety strategies, and address any non-compliance issues on-site.

This position involves driving safety initiatives, conducting thorough analysis of incidents, facilitating training programs, and ensuring continuous improvement of safety practices.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a valid MOM-registered WSHO license, a Specialist Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety and Health accredited by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and at least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or utilities projects.

The successful candidate will be able to identify and address areas of non-compliance with WSH standards, conduct thorough analysis to determine the root causes of non-compliance, and develop actionable plans based on effective solutions.

This role also involves leading investigations into accidents, conducting proactive site inspections, and performing other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
