We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cement Mixer Truck Driver to join our team. As a Cement Mixer Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering wet cement from the plant to designated construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver wet cement from the plant to designated construction sites.
- Ensure that the amount of cement loaded is the same as the delivery order.
- Assist in the unloading of cement at allocated sites.
- Maintain the Concrete Mixer Truck in good working condition.
- Able to perform basic maintenance on assigned company vehicles.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean.
- Report any incidents or issues with the truck to the supervisor immediately.
- Responsible for attending to customers' requests solely.
- Use proper attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience driving heavy motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 2500 kg constructed to carry loads or passengers.
- Accident-free record.
- Prior experience driving concrete mixer trucks is an added advantage.
- Ability to work staggered off days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, a Class 4 Driving License, and experience in construction, truck driving, cement handling, and unloading. If you have strong communication skills and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
