System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Specialist to lead the design, implementation and support of SATCOM solutions for both presales engagements and project delivery.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for professionals passionate about communications technology and complex system deployments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, integrating, and commissioning satellite communication and supporting network systems
  • Interpreting and analyzing project requirements and specifications to propose tailored system architectures
  • Conducting technical validation of designs through detailed analysis and verification processes
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and design reviews for stakeholders
  • Supporting proof-of-concept demonstrations and overseas system trials
  • Configuring and testing systems including modems, terminals, and RF components
  • Executing acceptance and interface testing, as well as system performance validation
  • Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, reports, and configuration records
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in satellite communications

Requirements include:

  • Min. Diploma in IT or Engineering or related disciplines
  • Min. 5-6 years of experience in system engineering/architecture
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale system integration projects
  • Experience with modem technologies such as iDirect or equivalent is preferred
  • Familiarity with SATCOM terminals, RF subsystems, and link budget analysis
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers and network testers
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Open to born & raised Singapore Citizens only due to the high security nature of the projects
