Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct thorough assessments, and negotiate contracts.
- Evaluate quotations, create competitive advantages, and ensure best price, lead time, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and execute contracts, perform post-award administration, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address contractual or regulatory issues.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identify cost savings opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in strategic sourcing in a direct and/or indirect procurement business environment.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPP-B are a plus.
- Deliverable-focused, self-motivated, and able to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in SAP/HANA/Ariba and other procurement systems/software is an added advantage.
- Expert in Excel/BI report knowledge and good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
