Job Description:

As an Art Education Professional, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of art teachers in curriculum planning, project management, teacher training, and student development.

  • Lead and supervise a team of art teachers in curriculum planning, art projects, teacher training, managing art programs, team management, student development, parent interaction, etc.
  • Experience in school administration is required.
  • Looking for passionate individuals who excel in teaching children.
  • Scheduling classes and interacting with parents are essential responsibilities.
  • Provide feedback to parents during meetings and prepare reports on student progress.
  • Develop curricula, design props, prepare classrooms, supervise teams, and support new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to expand the business.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Degree or post-graduate in Fine Arts.
  • A degree in Education, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in teaching, leadership, and team management.
  • Pleasant personality traits: polite, forward-thinking, diligent, committed, self-driven, positive, and detail-oriented.
  • Outgoing individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and a composed working style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Office IT Skills.
