Senior Operations Coordinator

As a key team member, you will oversee the daily activities and overall performance of your section.

Your primary objective is to ensure products are produced with good quality and optimal cost.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of leaders and technicians, taking charge of production management systems, and maintaining good communications and teamwork with all levels within the section or with others.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and lead a team to achieve section objectives
  • Take charge of production management systems
  • Responsible for section daily activities and overall performance
  • Ensure products produced with good quality and optimal cost
  • Minimize Work-In-Progress and maximize output within the section
  • Conduct on-the-job training and update records
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the section
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ITE or Diploma qualification
  • Good supervisory and communication skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and testing of printed circuit boards is preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
