Job Summary:

To maintain a clean and organized environment, the Operations Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring the general cleanliness of school areas, classrooms, Food Lab, and Kitchen. This includes daily cleaning schedules, waste management, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Additionally, the role requires providing logistical support for school events and activities, including setup, coordination, and execution. The Operations Support Officer will also be responsible for supporting school safety initiatives, such as marshalling at road crossings and gate duties during school dismissal.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring all rooms' lights, fans, and aircons are switched off, and doors and roller shutters are locked when not in use. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Assistant Managers, and School Leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in operations or a related field
  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and occasional weekends
