As a key player in the insurance industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and success for our multinational clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering bespoke insurance solutions, leveraging their expertise in complex cross-border placements to maximize client value.

With strong leadership and negotiation skills, this individual will be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration across markets.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing global insurance programs, managing tender processes, and providing strategic advisory services to enhance client risk management strategies and policy structures.

Additional duties may include identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing digital solutions, and staying ahead of market developments and emerging risks.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree holder, with relevant insurance qualifications and certifications. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in insurance broking is required, with a focus on multinational or global programs.

Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as fluency in English, are also necessary for success.
