Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Technical Lead to join our team at BLUE OCEAN SYSTEMS INFOTECH PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects related to the SAP landscape, engaging with internal customers to understand business requirements, and recommending technical approaches and solutions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects across various SAP modules, including FICO, SDMM, PP, QM, PM, REFX, and Fiori
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver business systems and processes
  • Assess technical solutions proposed by vendor partners
  • Maintain expertise in SAP integration technologies, including CPI, CIG, ODATA, ALE, IDOCS, and Web Services/RESTful
  • Develop and maintain credible relationships with peers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in SAP ABAP
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in ALE/IDOC/Web Services/RESTful integrations
  • Technical proficiency in S/4 HANA (1809 or later) implementation and HANA support projects
  • Strong knowledge of good programming standards, design methodologies, and DevOps automation concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively
