Job Description

As a Cyber Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of a robust Cyber Governance and Cyber Security Risk Management framework to ensure appropriate controls. This includes reviewing existing policies to ensure they are updated to reflect accuracy on evolving cyber threats and emerging risks.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the necessary cyber and technology strategy is planned and managed to guarantee sufficient controls are in place. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the Cloud Governance Framework, working closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team.

Key responsibilities include managing audit findings remediation, conducting assurance reviews to ensure adherence to defined governance principles, and working with the technology team and business functions to automate processes and compliance checks.

Cybersecurity Compliance and Operation

You will assess the cyber security risk of third-party vendors with an appropriate level of detail, identify controls to address gaps in vendor relationships, and monitor the implementation of controls.

Manage and lead Security Operations services to provide support in security operation matters, provide cybersecurity solutions to internal and external stakeholders, and assist in managing support issues for cybersecurity.

Ensure that detected cyber threats, risks, and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly, conduct Level 2 investigations and digital forensics on suspected cyber incidents, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry cybersecurity practices and technologies.

Plan, execute, advise on vulnerabilities, and penetration testing on systems, ensuring timely closure.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Risk, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications/Microsoft Power Platform Applications and social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and carry out tasks assigned by management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
