Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Create detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize functionality and meet client needs.
  • Develop creative and unique design concepts that align with client vision and project objectives.
  • Present design ideas through mood boards, sketches, and renderings.
  • Determine project costs and requirements in the budgeting phase.
  • Recommend furniture, lighting, and fixtures that complement the overall design concept and meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • At least 4 years of design working experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as 3Dmax, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, 2D and 3D visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
