Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Supply Chain in ensuring the efficient management of Food Services enterprise system. This includes timely and accurate indentation and receiving of supplies for daily production.

  • Responsible for administration matters including timely submission of documents to Finance for monthly billing
  • Facilitate annual licensing and coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
  • Purchasing various office supplies and making overall arrangements for the effective running of the unit

Key Responsibilities include tracking and gathering specification from ops unit for all ration/supply tenders, supporting procurement process and ensuring tender processes are reviewed and renewed in a timely manner.

This role also involves conducting mitigation measures with suppliers for non-compliance or breach of contract, assessing suppliers' performance for contract extension and undertaking projects as part of supply chain requirements or process improvement for Food Services.

In addition, this position requires providing coverage for duties as needed in the event of Senior associates' absence due to medical or any other reasons.
