Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Reporting to the Manager, the key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):
  • Sourcing - identify and develop a network of candidates that will meet the needs of the assignments and ensure timely delivery
  • Lead Generation - drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are of commercial importance for the business
  • Engagement - use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to connect with potential candidates and drive new business development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely delivery of candidates to clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree graduate specialising in Computer Science, Technology, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Business or a relevant discipline, no minimum experience required.
  • Passion for a sales role
