About the Role

STRIDES PREMIER AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Specialist to join our team in Changi Business Park, near Expo MRT.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced contract management professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, review, and finalization, as well as experience in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations during the execution phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing contracts;
  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities;
  • Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities related to contract clauses;
  • Propose alternative contract provisions to mitigate risks and negotiate with customers using persuasive arguments;
  • Coordinate with the Operation Team, participate in meetings, reviews drafts, revises, and maintains records of all contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities during project execution;
  • Assess supplier/subcontractor claims for entitlement and variation orders according to contract requirements;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a relevant field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI;
  • Financial modeling and cost management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
