At the International Centre for Industrial Transformation LTD., we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage our company's general administrative activities.

This role involves making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, and providing general support to visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and office equipment.

We are looking for a hands-on person who is self-driven, has emotional intelligence, and can prioritize tasks effectively. If you have a proven track record as an Administrative or Office Admin Assistant and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
