Project Coordinator Role


  • The successful candidate will be responsible for site progress according to the project schedule set.
  • To lead a team in ensuring smooth execution of construction work.
  • To ensure all works carried out meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • To review and approve materials requisitions on time.
  • Responsible for overall scheduling and specific planning work.
  • Develop and implement progress and schedule control systems for the project as per set requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and authorities on project aspects.
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the site.
  • To ensure that all client, consultant and authority requirements are met and established.
  • Perform any other assignments given by the management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Required language(s): English and Chinese, to communicate effectively with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and authorities regarding project aspects and construction planning matters.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
