Job Title: Islandwide Condominium Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our condominium properties across the island.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all aspects of the condominium, including maintenance, administration, and resident relations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on condominium activities, finances, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in a property-related field (e.g., real estate, property management).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in residential property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days per week.
