Restaurant Service Team Member

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless customer service experience. We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily service operations including taking orders, table setting, billing, and other related tasks.
  • Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Direct customers to their tables and attend to their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including cleaning duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience will be an advantage, but we also welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically and mentally fit, able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
