Senior Behavior Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Behavior Analyst to join our team at ABC CENTER PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy, independence, and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising Behavior Technicians and developing clinical programs for clients with autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Duties:
    • Troubleshoot and monitor client progress, analyzing data to inform decision-making and develop effective behavior plans.
    • Collaborate with Behavior Technicians to conduct Functional Analysis Assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and review ongoing data to ensure program effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement training programs for Behavior Technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
    • Provide leadership and support to the Clinical Team, ensuring that all clinical goals are met and that staff are empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Supervision and Administration:
    • Maintain regular communication with the Clinical Director, providing updates on client progress, addressing concerns, and collaborating on management issues.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with Behavior Technicians to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and set goals for professional development.
    • Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services, contributing expertise and insights to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, including experience as a Senior Behavior Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising teams, developing clinical programs, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve complex problems.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
