Job Overview:

Koh Brothers Group seeks a Senior Mechanical Manager to lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering, including conceptual design, basis of design, scope of work, and development of construction documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks to the project and stakeholders, as well as creating contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They must also be able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering
  • Identify potential risks to the project and stakeholders
  • Create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
  • Liaise with relevant organizations, agencies, vendors, and clients to implement plans
  • Manage company assets, equipment rental, and manpower
  • Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the detailed mechanical design of municipal scale wastewater treatment systems (if needed)
  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers and develop core technical competencies
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contract preparation and negotiation, coordination with regulatory agencies, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
