Software Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced software development specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing compilers for high-level languages in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a deep technical knowledge of compiler design or programming languages, good communication skills and a passion for pushing at the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement core capabilities of new higher-level languages.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure the product aligns with broader project goals and technical requirements.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on the team to enable their progress within the company.
  • Maintain proper documentation and present results both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in compiler development or programming languages design.
  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining complex software stacks.
  • Strong proficiency in C++, Python and Matlab.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A PhD in Computer Science, Physics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working on commercial software development.
