Packaging Specialist - Islandwide

Job Description:
Packing goods according to company standards and guidelines is a key responsibility of this role. This includes properly labelling items, securing them in packages, inspecting products for defects or damage before packing, maintaining a clean and organised packing area, following safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, and collaborating with team members to meet packing deadlines.

Key tasks include ensuring items are securely packaged, product inspection, maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to safety protocols and teamwork for timely completion of tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates will need previous experience in packing or similar roles, attention to detail, high accuracy levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, and lift items as needed, and a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, be able to meet deadlines, have strong communication skills, and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Benefits:
