Job Title: Global Security Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operations of our Global Security and Intelligence Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the center's operations, inclusive of four key processes:

  • CCTV/alarm monitoring and response;
  • Disruptive, targeted, executive threat intelligence monitoring and response;
  • Workplace violence program;
  • Traveler assistance program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's security and risk management efforts. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective interaction models with all CSIS Anchors, facilitating timely and clear escalation and coordination for security and crisis management response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management role;
  • Established experience in security operations required;
  • Experience working or managing a security center involved in mission sets to include CCTV monitoring/response, intrusion detection systems response, escalation, and reporting.
