We are seeking a seasoned insurance marketing strategist to lead our team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth for our life insurance business.

  • This role involves planning and executing cross-functional marketing initiatives across digital, social, retail, telemarketing, event, and ATL channels to generate leads and sales of protection, accident, and health insurance products.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team to effectively plan and execute product marketing campaigns, identify compelling product positioning and messaging, and oversee the creation of high-quality product marketing assets and collaterals.
  • In addition, you will drive the planning of and alignment on product marketing campaign schedules and media calendars with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications, customer lifecycle management, product development, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Key responsibilities include understanding customer segments and behavioral triggers, identifying target audiences for each campaign, actively monitoring and analyzing end-to-end campaign performance metrics, and deriving timely campaign insights and executing follow-ups and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration with insurance partners and cross-functional teams is crucial to help our life insurance business achieve business, commercial, and marketing targets.
  • You will work closely with insurance partners to co-create insurance products with market-differentiating propositions and manage the overall insurance marketing budget, including tracking spends against budget and forecasts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing and/or digital campaign marketing in the insurance industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and executing insurance product marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership and/or management experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing/analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance, accident, and health insurance, and wealth accumulation policies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
