Senior Publishing Manager Role Overview

The Senior Publishing Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the commercial aspects of mobile sports games in Vietnam. This position requires driving long-term growth, enhancing player value, and aligning publishing strategies with EA's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive publishing strategy for mobile sports games in Vietnam to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast revenue by monitoring in-game metrics and market insights.
  • Lead initiatives with a commercial focus to accelerate EA's growth, identify opportunities, and address risks in Vietnam.
  • Act as a liaison between operators, studios, and EA stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and fostering strong relationships.
  • Analyze and communicate business, product, and service insights to drive understanding and execution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in gaming, IT, or entertainment industry preferably in publishing, product management, consulting, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in online or mobile games, specializing in Vietnamese publishing and live services.
  • Strong passion and understanding of the gaming and/or sports industry, with experience in leading product launches or go-to-market projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies and plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive agendas and solving problems.
  • Culturally sensitive and a strong collaborator with proficient English and Vietnamese language skills.
