This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The incumbent will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality processing of client banking transactions and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Banking or Finance and at least 6-10 years of relevant experience in cash and FXMM processing, with a minimum of 5 years in people management. Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and operational risks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash operations processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and implement value-added solutions.
  • Lead Asia Cash Operations as part of the Asia Operations management team.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, excellence, and low operational risk.
  • Align team members with operational and company goals and vision.
  • Act as the point of escalation for Asian clients on all queries, concerns, and issues related to Asia Cash Operations.
  • Drive cross-border collaboration and enhance communication between Swiss and Singapore teams.
  • Improve client service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance.
  • At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in cash and FXMM processing, with a minimum of 5 years in people management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and operational risks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
